Recently, we had the opportunity to work on a construction project where our expertise in automation and digital transformation made a significant impact on the safety team's operations.

The Challenge: Out with the old, in with the new form

The safety team faced a cumbersome process for managing personal protective equipment (PPE) for new and existing employees. They relied on paper forms, which were manually entered into a register, resulting in outdated records, wasted time, and environmental inefficiency.

Additionally, the project was incurring costs in the thousands on uniforms, with no effective way to track repeat offenders or uniform usage per employee.


The Solution: Digital form, register, tracking and more!

To address these challenges, we developed two Microsoft Forms and automated the data handling using Power Automate. This digital transformation allowed for the seamless collection, cleaning, and organization of PPE data.

We integrated the form link into the welcome emails for new starters, enabling them to pre-order uniforms, thus enhancing their onboarding experience.
